I will organize and lead an exclusive small group photography trip to Oltepesi Safari Camp in Masai Mara Kenya. This is a true big cat photography haven, created by award winning professional photographer Arnfinn Johansen, which  focuses on providing the best possible opportunities for photography.

– 7 days of photography in one of the best places for big cat encounters in the world
– We live on a small secluded camp in a maasai village with easy access to the reserve
– Dedicated guide and our own Game drive vehicle to be able to fully control drives according to our specific photographic needs 
– Customized safari vechicle to be able to get unique low angle photography without leaving the car.    
– We will take turns on seating position during game drive to ensure everyone gets the possibility to shoot from specific low angle spots during the week 
– Special permit to be able to go off road securing best possible chance of sightings and close encounters
– Photo guidance and situation specific tutoring from Andreas Hemb while on game drives
– Chance for close up experiences with Lions, Cheetahs and leopards during game drives 
– Small groups of maximum 4 participants in each car ensuring room for everyone in the car and time to get coaching and guidance

One of the most important things when it comes to a successful safari, is to have good guides. The guide and driver on the game drives is one of John Siololo, Johmark Kiss-May or Jackson Ole-Ranko. They all have more then 10 years experience from guiding in the Mara. All well known and sought after guides who knows the Maasai Mara as the inside of their pockets. They knows what it means to deal with professional and demanding wildlife photographers, and always work hard to give you the best opportunities to have your best shots whether it is from inside the car, or from the ground or on foot – from the early mornings to the late afternoons.
In addition photographic guidance will be provided on half of the game drives from Andreas Hemb, award winning wildlife photographer.

On the basis of many years experience with wildlife photography in Africa, the vehicle we will have, a 4WD Toyota Landcruiser Long Edition, has been modified for the purpose giving the best working conditions for professional and other demanding nature photographers. For one thing this safari vehicle gives the photographer the opportunity to stay low to get strong and powerful low-angle shots of the wildlife.
All game drives are in the Maasai Mara National Reserve. Having full control of our drives give the opportunity to photograph in the very best light. An additional off-road license have been provided to secure that game can be followed and the absolute best possible compositions and angles can be pursued.
